Human Rights & JEDI Commitment

At Son of a Tailor, we believe that treating people fairly and with respect is fundamental to how we do business. We are committed to respecting human rights and promoting Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI) throughout our company and value chain. These principles guide how we work with our employees, customers, suppliers, partners and the communities connected to our business.

Human Rights Commitment

We are committed to respecting internationally recognised human rights throughout our operations and value chain. Our approach is guided by:

  • the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights
  • the International Bill of Human Rights, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
  • the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work

We seek to identify, prevent, mitigate and address adverse human rights impacts connected to our business. As part of this work, we assess potential risks in our operations and value chain and engage with relevant stakeholders where appropriate. We encourage employees and other stakeholders to raise concerns through our Whistleblower channel.

Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI)

We believe diverse perspectives make us a stronger company. We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and conducting our business in a way that promotes fairness, equal opportunity and respect for all people.

This commitment applies across our operations, our policies and practices, our relationships with employees, customers, suppliers and business partners, and our engagement with the wider community.

This commitment has been approved by the CEO, is publicly available on our website, and is communicated internally and externally. We review it periodically to ensure it remains relevant and aligned with evolving expectations and legislation.
