Flax requires relatively little water to grow and can thrive in cooler climates with minimal agricultural intervention, making it a naturally resource-efficient material. After harvesting, the plant undergoes a careful process of retting, drying, and fiber separation to transform the stalks into soft, spinnable yarns.
